Your 50-minute reset

Here's exactly what to expect when you arrive. Check in at the front desk, and we'll get you set up, hand you a towel, and walk you through anything you need before you head in. Your session starts on the hour and runs for 50 minutes. There's a timer in the room so you always know where you're at.

From there, the space is yours. We cap every session at 10 people so the room never feels crowded and every modality is accessible. There's no instructor, no class, no schedule to follow — just you, 50 minutes, and five of the most effective recovery tools available.

Move through the space at your own pace. Some people have a go-to circuit they swear by. Others explore a little differently each time. Either way, you can't do it wrong — every modality is there to support your body in a different way, and together they make for a complete reset.

  • Red Light Therapy – Enhance cellular repair and reduce inflammation.

  • Normatec Compression – Improve circulation and recovery with dynamic compression technology.

  • Clearlight Infrared Sauna – Detoxify and relax with full-spectrum infrared heat.

  • Cold Plunge – Reduce muscle soreness and boost circulation with cold water immersion.

  • Vibration Plate – Enhance blood flow, improve circulation, and stimulate recovery.

  • Stretch/Breathing Area –Engage in mindful breathwork or a light stretch.

Before you arrive

Getting the most out of your first session starts before you even walk in. Here's how to set yourself up.

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your session.

That gives you time to check in, get oriented, and step into the recovery space without feeling rushed.

Wear comfortable attire.

A swimsuit or light workout clothing works perfectly. You'll be moving between warm and cold environments, so keep it simple and comfortable.

Hydrate.

Between the sauna heat and the intensity of contrast therapy, your body will thank you for showing up already hydrated. Bring a water bottle too if you have one.

Come with an open mind.

Especially if it's your first cold plunge — it's normal to feel nervous. We promise the hardest part is the first few seconds. Everything after that is the good part.

House rules & etiquette

Club House is a shared space — and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We kindly ask that you:

  • Rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the cold plunge — let’s keep the water clean for everyone.

  • Keep the Normatec boots dry before use to maintain equipment safety and longevity.

  • Use a towel in the sauna for comfort and cleanliness.

  • Be mindful of the space & others. Leave equipment as you found it, give people room to breathe, and treat the space the way you'd want it treated for you.

After your session

You did the work — don't rush out the door and undo it.

Rehydrate.

Between the sauna and the cold, your body has been working hard. Drink water as soon as you're done — electrolytes are even better.

Cool down.

Give your body a few minutes to regulate before jumping in your car. Our outdoor patio area is perfect for this — even 5 minutes of breath + stretching makes a difference.

Notice how you feel.

Most people walk out feeling noticeably different after their first session. That's not a coincidence.

And if you want to keep that feeling coming back, that's where our membership steps in. Unlimited sessions, full access, just $135 a month.
